As industry veterans, everyone at GPGuys.com has at least 12 years of product knowledge and experience. We've worked with all of the older Great Plains versions and have the experience to continue to support them. Official Microsoft support ended for version 9 in December 2010, but, we'll still be able to help you even when others won't.

I Need Help With GP, What Do I Do?

You can call or email to get your first question answered free of charge**. We don't want to sell you anything and we don't need you to be on a Microsoft maintenance plan. We don't need you to be signed over with Microsoft as one of our customers and we don't need you to be on the latest version of the product. If you need consulting help with your system, including report writing, training, upgrades, integration, or anything else, all of our services are provided for a flat rate hourly rate.

You Guys Were Great, Can I Use You Again?

We offer per incident support or you can choose to sign up for our affordably priced support plan. We strive to provide the fastest response times in the industry and we can quickly and easily resolve your issues and answer your questions without an endless trail of emails and phone calls.
