We treat all support cases as confidential and we don't require you to sign a Change of Reseller form right away.

We offer support on a per incident basis and our monthly support plans have a minimum commitment of only 3 months.

  • Can I work with you on a small project?

Yes, we have a number of consultants that focus on project-based assignments.

  • What are your response times to a support request?

Support is our primary focus and we always strive to respond to support requests as fast as possible.  We most often respond within 2 hours.

  • Will you be my Microsoft Partner?

Of course! We are a full service Microsoft Dynamics Partner that can be responsible for all aspects of your Dynamics GP account. If you'd like to switch your Partner record to us then complete and email this form to amar@gpguys.com. Plus, for switching, you'll receive a 10% discount on your first year of support or a one hour service credit.

  • Can you support our older Great Plains version?

We've all been using GP for years so we know how to use your version. No matter how old the system we can help you.

Can I speak to a person rather than constantly emailing a support department?
